Once a merchandise order has been shipped, we cannot process a cancellation.

Incorrect Orders
It is your responsibility to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective. If you receive the wrong item(s), e-mail us at existentialcrisiscakes@gmail.com with your order number and photos of your package contents so that we can correct this mistake ASAP. 

Returns
Returns must be approved within 7 days of package delivery. Please contact existentialcrisiscakes@gmail.com for approval ahead of sending your package back. You are responsible for return shipping & handling. Once your package is received, a refund to your original payment method will be processed within 10 business days. 

 European Union 14 Day Period

EU customers have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
